Not sure where the ploblems other people are having come from, but I had ATT home internet and was getting 10-30 mbs. Decided to give this 5G a try with their $50 unlimited plan. Really nice surprise. Consistently getting over 200 mbps.

I had Xfinity before and switched to be tbe the 5G Home Internet. Xfinity raised my price from $65 to $95 which is ridiculous. So far I am getting 500 mbps downloads, and faster uploads than Xfinity at 30 mbps. Latency seems fine as well. The price is
